English / Arabic
Raised in USA, I have a Masters in Social Work (1970) from Columbia University, NYC. From 1979-1980, I lived in Baghdad with my husband and three children. Travelling throughout Iraq sparked a keen interest in archaeology, which resulted in a BA degree in Near Eastern Archaeology from the University of Copenhagen in 2002. It is in connection with my degree, that I have been a part of The Islamic Jarash Project since 2002, participating in field work and data registration. I am an English teacher and have just completed my 25th year.
